In 2013, Ash graduated from University in Townsville, Queensland. She spent the first six years of her career working in mobile, clinic, and telehealth based community services across Queensland. She provided outreach services to Palm Island during the initial roll out of the NDIS, and was awarded North Queensland Primary Health Network’s Allied Health Professional of the Year in 2018.
In 2021, she relocated to Melbourne to establish and lead a Speech Pathology team within a mobile Allied Health service. In 2023, Ash moved back to full time clinical work and established Chatling Speech Pathology.
Throughout Ash's ten years of Speech Pathology experience, she has enjoyed working with a range of paediatric clients and their families, and has worked with adult clients with neurodevelopmental and developmental conditions such as Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Down Syndrome.

The SHAPE Coding System (to teach spoken and written grammar)
LAMP Words for Life (an Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) System and Therapy Approach)
Pragmatic Organisation Dynamic Display (PODD) Introductory Workshop (an AAC system)
Meaningful Speech Course on Gestalt Language Processing, Echolalia, and Natural Language Acquisition
The Spalding Method: Multisensory Acquisition of Language Arts 1 (for teaching Spelling, Reading and Writing)
Avoidance Reduction Therapy for Stuttering (ARTS®) (for people who stutter)
